Delicious Pumpkin Muffins

Fall is just a few days away and it's time to pull out my favorite recipes for the season. Here is one of them. A delicious Weight Watcher muffin recipes:

Pumpkin Muffins

1 can pumpkin
2 eggs
2/3 cup pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Splenda
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder

Combine pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl. Mix-in dry ingredients. Spray muffin pan with Pam. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yields 12 muffins. Point value: 1 point each.
